BPT $25,000 Final: Field of 20 Determined

The Blogger Poker Tour is concluding its second season at Poker.com. Still to come is the $25,000 final tournament which will feature the top 20 point-getters from the seven qualifying events. The seventh of those tournies was held this past Saturday at Poker.com. The outcome proved very pivotal in the overall standings, characterized by a few make or break scenarios for a handful of hopefuls. I (brodoughno) determined my best option was to sit the event out, to avoid any potential early elimination. My decision turned out to be the correct one, and I easily qualified into the final. Had I played and finished near last place, I likely would not have finished in the top 20. There appears to be a couple of others who might have been better served employing the same strategy. The possibilities were seemingly endless and only the top ten were guaranteed a spot in the final regardless of the outcome of BPT event #7. Congrats to all the qualifiers!
